Please be aware that some orders, particularly large multiple product orders, may incur additional freight charges to accommodate. S.A Hair Supplies will advise the customer prior to despatch.

All orders within Sydney metropolitan area are shipped overnight by Couriers Please. However there is a delievery that can be recieved within 3 hours of placing the order with Direct Couriers additional costs apply please telephone for costings. Orders outside Sydney metropolitan area may take up to 3 days

Please consider your shipping address carefully. Ensure that you are available to take delivery of your goods.  

Attention International Customer
If you wish to place any orders with us please do so by contacting us on (02) 9267-7788 and speaking with one of our staff to inform you of the process with international orders.

RETURNS
If you are wishing to return products that are faulty or not as described simply post the goods back to S.A Hair, Nail & Beauty Supplies within 3 weeks of order date.
Please send the goods back to the address that appears on the invoice. Give a brief explanation stating why you wish to return the goods or contact us on (02) 9267-7788
Goods must be returned in as new condition with original packaging intact. All products must be returned unused.
Please return goods with the invoice, the method used for payment and the delivery docket. S.A Supplies online will not accept liability for any postage incurred.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange products that are faulty or not as described simply post the goods back to S.A Supplies within 3 weeks of order date.
Give a brief explanation stating why you wish to exchange the goods and what products you wish to purchase in exchange. Goods must be returned in as new condition with original packaging intact. All products must be returned unused.
Please return goods with the original invoice, the method used for payment and the delivery docket. Please do not reuse the courier bag.
We will require credit card details including credit card number and expiry date in the event that there is a price difference between goods being exchanged and also to debit the redelivery charge. We will email you to confirm all details.
Ensure that the shipping address and your telephone number are clearly indicated and that you will be able to sign for the delivery. There will be a $5.00 redelivery charge if the first delivery is unsuccessful.

WARRANTY

All products are covered under manufactures warranty please send faulty goods to address on warranty card which will be recieved with all goods purchased.

How secure is my transaction?
S.A Hair, Nail & Beauty online supplies you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. We use SSL (secure socket layers) to protect your details.

How safe are my credit card details?
When you place an order at the checkout the credit transaction is sent directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL (secure socket layer) encryption standard.

We reserve the right
• To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately attempt to notify this action by email or phone. We will refund the monies paid using the original method of payment.
• That all orders are subject to availability of stock.

We have three methods of payment:
• Credit card - live payment via the Internet, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express
• Offline - payment by fax or post with your credit card details
• Phone order - simply call us on (02)9267-7788 to place an order( Payment maybe Credit Card, Cheque On Delievery or Postal Cheque for postal orders)

Access to the database containing personal information is restricted to S.A Hair Supply staff members with direct responsibility for customer service or management of the website. Authorised staff members are not allowed to pass on information about members to non-authorised staff without the express permission of the Managing Director.
